Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return through our self-serve returns portal.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwritten-in, and in its original packaging. Digital downloads, PDFs, and opened or written-in workbooks are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping A $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Store Credit Prefer to keep your value with us? Choose store credit when submitting your return and we'll apply the full amount to your account instantly upon approval — ready to use on your next purchase. No waiting for a refund to process.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@learnreading.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
